    Alchemy of Impact is a private membership association. Before any work begins, you become a member by reviewing and signing the Member Agreement. This is the threshold.

    The Member Agreement is the foundation of the private relationship between you and Alchemy of Impact. Reviewing and signing it is how you become a member.

    Key Terms of the Agreement

    • ✦Private Jurisdiction: You are entering a private contract under Natural Law, which replaces public Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
    • ✦Confidentiality & Protection: All interactions, advice, and exchanges of energy or resources happen in the private domain and remain strictly confidential.
    • ✦Shared Responsibility: You agree to take full responsibility for your choices, hold fellow members harmless, and resolve any disputes through private binding mediation rather than public courts.
    • ✦Alignment: You affirm you are not representing any regulatory agency and are joining to peacefully build legacy, preserve wealth, and steward resources.
